RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICY – 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE

  • All deposits are made final and are non-refundable
  • Deposits are transferable if you need to reschedule to another date or if you need to cancel to re-book at a later time; before 72 hours of your scheduled appointment
  • Should you choose to cancel or reschedule during the 72 hour time-frame, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to send another deposit to re-book. Each client is allowed one reschedule before 72 hours
    (To avoid these issues, please be sure to notify me via text 626-427-2815 or email at browsbymp@gmail.com before the 72 hour mark if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.)
  • NO SHOWS will automatically lose their deposit and will not be able to book in the future
  • If you are 20 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and your deposit will result in a forfeiture; a second deposit will be required to re-book. Please plan your day accordingly so that you arrive to your scheduled appointment promptly. Most of us brow artists book clients back to back with little to no gaps in between. Please be courteous to others and arrive on time.
  • NO guests, kids, pets are allowed at the studio due to possible risk of cross contamination and/or any unwanted distractions
  • If you’re sick with a cold or flu, you must contact me to reschedule your appointment. If you show up to the appointment with coughing or sneezing, I have the right to refuse service. Your deposit will be forfeited and I will send you home.
  • Every new service requires a $100 deposit. That deposit will be utilized and credited towards your remaining balance total.-Payments are accepted in Cash, Zelle or Venmo. I do not accept debit or credit card transactions.

Each client must be cleared of all the below disqualifications before booking an appointment.

  • Must not be under the age of 18
  • Must not be diabetic
  • Must not have any transmittable blood related conditions or diseases such as Hepatitis, HIV/AIDS
  • Must not be pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Must not have any skin allergies to pigmentation and make up
  • Must not have glaucoma and/or taking blood thinning medicines
  • Must not have skin diseases such as eczema, psoriasis on the area to be treated.
  • Must not have active skin cancer in the treated area
  • Must not have experienced post inflammatory hyper pigmentation
  • Must not have undiagnosed rashes or blisters on the treated area
  • Must not have mitral valve disorder or high blood pressure
  • Must not be someone who is a hemophiliac
  • Must not have healing disorders
  • Must not be taking skin medication such as Accutane or steroids which thin and make the skin become very sensitive
  • Must not be someone who is under or scheduled for radiotherapy or chemotherapy treatment
  • Must not be someone who is epileptic who has experienced faint spell or seizure

We reserve the right to refuse serve to anyone.
